Stop using (stale) branch deletion date as a factor in sort order? #71

Because the "closed" column in Quadro is sorted in reverse chronological order based on last activity within the issue, it can cause confusion when stale branches get deleted long after the issues have been resolved.

For instance, in this screenshot of Eileen's "closed" column, it goes from issues in the 25000 range (actively opened and worked on in late 2019) to issues in the 15000-16000 range (opened and worked on in 2017-2018). This is because the branches for those earlier issues didn't get deleted till late 2019.

Consider adjustments to Quadro to handle cases like this. Is it possible to stop taking the branch deletion date into account when determining how to sort the cases?
